TERMS OF PAYMENT
PRICE: Projects will be performed on a fixed price basis as indicated in the pricing overview above. ByDave has the right to charge any additional fees for services other than specified above.  Any additional services or Deliverables to be provided ByDave outside of the project specifications must be mutually agreed upon in writing signed by both parties.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE
Customer will receive invoices based upon the payment schedule.  Invoices will contain a description of the Services or Deliverables provided.  Invoices are due and payable upfront of delivery of services. If an invoice is not paid, ByDave may suspend provision of Services and/or Deliverables without liability or penalty until final resolution of the matter.

DELIVERABLES
Designs, Informative, eCommerce, Blog, or eLearning Websites. Wix based, with the integration of any app and additional capabilities, landing pages, or as requested by the client. ByDave shall have exclusive unlimited ownership rights to all deliverables.
